Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee location performance, drive Lean Daily Management, and lead cross-department collaboration. You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering top-quality products to customers.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with common office software. Expect on-site work with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a specialized role or equivalent with prior lead/supervisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Proficiency with common computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and top-quality products.
• Coach and develop staff to reach their highest potential.
• Oversee KPIs for growth, productivity and inventory control.
• Monitor departmental plans and objectives within budget.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and lean daily management.
