Qualifications

• Computer software proficiency and training.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff and oversee performance via KPIs for growth, productivity and inventory.
• Monitor department plans and budgets; apply Lean Daily Management to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, distribution and other departments; supervise hiring and development.
