Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee a Salisbury, NC location. You will drive performance across quality, customer satisfaction, inventory, and safety while leading a team of staff through budgeting and Lean daily management.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and solid computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a supervisor/lead role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient computer skills and software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance across quality, customer satisfaction, inventory, safety and gross margin.
• Supervise multiple departments within allocated budget and drive Lean Daily Management.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Company policies; promote a safe, hazard-free workplace.
