LKQ Corp. in Alsip, IL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee site performance across quality, customer satisfaction, inventory, safety, and gross margin. This on-site role partners with warehouse, distribution and department leaders to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a supervisory role, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word and Lean Daily Management is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory/lead role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel/PP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performance across quality assurance, customer satisfaction, HR, inventory, safety, and gross margin.
• Lead and coordinate with warehouse, distribution, and department leaders to drive efficiency and cost control.
• Manage and supervise all departments within budget and apply Lean Daily Management for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and company policies.
• Provide leadership to cultivate a customer-service oriented culture and monitor KPIs.
