Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee location performance, drive Lean Daily Management, and lead cross-department collaboration. You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering top-quality products to customers.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with common office software. Expect on-site work with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a specialized role or equivalent with prior lead/supervisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Proficiency with common computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.Minimum Requirements Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED.5 years+ in specialized profession or equivalent; Proficient in specialty including prior senior lead / supervisor experience.Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to operate a Company vehicle.Computer software training or knowledge.Prior experience that demonstrates effective supervision and leadership skills.
