LKQ Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Manager of Operations to oversee location performance across quality assurance, customer service, human resources, inventory, safety, and gross margin. You will collaborate with warehouse, distribution, and staff to drive cost-effective operations and Lean Daily Management.

The role requires strong leadership and 5+ years in supervision, a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred), a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/lead role or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience supervising multiple departments and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance across QA, customer service, HR, inventory, safety, and gross margin.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and quality products.
• Monitor KPIs for growth, productivity and inventory control within budget.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and safety/environmental standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, distribution, and other departments to optimize operations.
