Job summary

Alo Yoga seeks an Operations Manager to lead a busy operations team focused on inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory management. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain safety standards, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met across shifts.

A strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset and people leadership are essential. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients and management to deliver world-class fulfillment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification in operations is a plus.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar process-improvement ideologies.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive Operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an operations team within a value stream.
• Manage inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and adherence to client SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across operations.
• Develop direct reports and conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan shifts, assign tasks, and communicate priorities.
• Oversee quality assurance metrics and process controls.
• Collaborate with peers and upper management to improve outcomes.
