Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred / HS Degree or GED required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience leading up to 100 associates.
• Execution focused and performance driven.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data to identify defects and root causes.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for client SLA agreements and site quality targets.
• Create and manage day-to-day operational strategy for safe, productive campus operations.
• Develop direct reports and lead performance management.
• Oversee shift planning and communicate directives to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead lean process improvements and CI initiatives.
• Manage resources to improve safety, quality, cost and customer service.
• Ensure SOPs and training are up to date across the value stream.
