Job summary

Amazon in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of salaried and hourly staff. You will coach, develop, and motivate a large workforce while driving safety, quality, attendance, and performance through data‑driven decisions.

You will oversee cross‑functional collaboration with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet delivery goals, optimize productivity, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
