Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, HR, and others to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
