Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Build productivity plans via forecast reviews and load balancing
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
• Work in variable temperatures and weather
• Drive improvements through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving
