You will drive improvements and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, HR, and Quality teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires managing shifts, mentoring staff, and balancing workloads to achieve site and regional goals in a dynamic fulfillment network.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures.
