You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering customer orders on time and to the right location through data-driven decisions and actionable coaching.

The role covers three workflow areas—First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile—with opportunities for growth as new sites open.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle varied temperatures.
