Chick-fil-A seeks a Manager who lives our core values and serves with a servant’s heart. The manager drives daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant, coaches team members, upholds our service standards, and leads by example.

This full-time role emphasizes culture, accountability, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting. Key duties include leading shifts, training staff, and maintaining excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Smile and greet guests warmly.
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience as shift lead/supervisor is required and preferred.

Our Managers are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Manager’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Manager Responsibilities:
