Chick-fil-A is seeking a Manager to support senior leadership in executing daily operations and coaching team members. The role focuses on running the restaurant effectively, leading by example, and upholding our standards of service and food quality.

The Manager will supervise shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers growth opportunities, a Sunday closed policy, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train new hires.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken, with guests and team.
• Ability to manage team behavior and performance issues.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work fast-paced shifts.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or restaurant manager is required.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
