You will mentor teams, manage cross-functional partners, and advance process improvements with Lean methods. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience leading a team of 2+ salaried employees and 70+ indirect employees.
• Experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended shifts.
• Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures.
