• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
