Amazon.com Services LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and deliver on-time customer orders through data-driven decisions.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention and HR, manage large-scale projects, and develop productivity plans while adapting to varied shift schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
