Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager to lead site supervisors and cleaning staff across locations, delivering top-tier cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will train teams, enforce safety and OSHA standards, conduct inspections, and respond to client needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related field.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, push, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site supervisors, cleaners, and project staff across multiple locations.
• Train team members on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and provide feedback to ensure tasks meet high quality standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations to protect the team.
