The position involves field work at various sites, with evenings/weekend availability and a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and efficient.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Spanish is a plus; janitorial industry experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance across assigned accounts and job sites.
• Lead, coach, and support field teams; address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues, confirm expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate special projects, including construction final cleans, from planning through closeout.
• Track quality, supplies, and site readiness; follow up on corrective actions.
