Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients
• Direct staff in operations, service, and client care
• Oversee basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control
• Travel within territory to visit clients, support specialists, and collaborate with sales on business development
• Maintain flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends when needed
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
