Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with AI-enabled tools welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day company operations and cross‑function coordination.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; monitor workflows and suggest improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• Track strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables; maintain dashboards.
• Support contract and document management; organize digital files.
• Contribute to budgeting, expense tracking, and performance analysis.
• Assist marketing campaigns, partnerships, and CRM activities.
• Support AI-driven initiatives and data management across units.
