Gracious Hospitality Management is seeking an Operations Intern to support the COO and VP of Operations across properties and projects. The Intern will serve as a liaison between the corporate operations team and other departments, support business operations, produce company reports, and help ensure project deadlines are met.

Additionally, the role involves scheduling, data entry, and document preparation, with opportunities to assist with communications and marketing campaigns while upholding

• Operational, analytical, and administrative tasks for COO/VP of Operations.
• Liaison between corporate operations and properties.
• Support business operations, produce company reports, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the COO and VP of Operations.
• Assists with restaurant operations, operational analysis, and market research.
• Liaises with Culinary, Marketing, Events, Beverage at corporate and with properties; attends meetings and takes minutes.
• Types, formats, and edits reports, documents, and presentations.
• Enters data, maintains databases, and keeps records.
• Schedules appointments, maintains event calendars, sends reminders, and performs other administrative tasks.
• Supports service at the properties as assigned.
• Assists with communication and marketing campaigns as instructed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
