Job summary

MSB Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations & Systems Intern to support internal operational initiatives for our growing defense contractor in Huntsville, Alabama.

You will help document processes, track assets, and improve administrative workflows while gaining hands-on experience building scalable business systems. You will own defined projects, work with company leadership, and contribute to SOPs, vendor coordination, and light marketing or communications tasks, including LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of internal asset and equipment tracking systems
• Assist with documentation of internal business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Help organize and improve internal business systems and operational workflows
• Support office operations including supply tracking and vendor coordination
• Conduct research on tools or technologies that may improve operational efficiency
• Assist with organization of company documentation and shared file systems
• Provide light marketing or communications support such as LinkedIn updates or internal announcements
• Participate in operational meetings and assist leadership with project-based initiatives
• Interns will be expected to demonstrate initiative, organization, and attention to detail while contributing to real operational projects.
