Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
• 5+ years in operations, program management, or project management in technical settings.
• Experience leading industrial technology, MES, analytics, or automation teams.
• Proven leadership in a matrixed organization with remote teams.
• Strong KPI development, performance management, and continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of engineers and analysts.
• Drive talent recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
