HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, improve efficiency, and ensure safety and profitability. You will coordinate personnel, equipment, and processes while interfacing with Sales Team, Customer Contractor Manager, and support staff to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in industrial cleaning operations, staff supervision, and KPI-driven management, with a focus on safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred.
• 5+ years industrial cleaning experience, with 2+ years in a management capacity.
• Experience using standard industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to schedule equipment and personnel for daily maintenance/projects.
• Ability to resolve customer/employee complaints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Coordinate scheduling of personnel and project assignments; supervise staff meetings.
• Directly supervise employees, including hiring, training, planning, and performance reviews.
• Prepare management and client reports; monitor KPIs and financial performance.
• Resolve service issues, coordinate with government/regulatory bodies, and ensure contract compliance.
