Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more service line crews at a customer site. You will plan, coordinate, and drive daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain customer relationships by delivering high-quality industrial cleaning services.

The role requires strong people management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to organize field operations for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate daily operations.
• Safety conscious and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, provide feedback, and direct crews to meet client requirements and policies.
• Schedule and dispatch crews as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment is inspected and operational before starting jobs.
• Complete paperwork and service receipts for management.
