Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple areas including retail store, fuel, and restaurant services. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in retail/ops leadership with proven experience in budgeting, P&L analysis, and supervising teams. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence is essential in our fast-paced

Qualifications

2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management with multi-site oversight.
2+ years managing operations with significant sales/budget responsibility.
Experience supervising 5–10+ employees.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including DOT where applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business areas to drive efficiency and sales.
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and equipment.
Drive product and service sales through effective merchandising and inventory control.
Support the General Manager with scheduling, cash controls, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and team development.
