Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
