You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet company goals. With a focus on safety, staffing, and financial performance, you will monitor P&L, assist the General Manager, and collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and reporting to ensure smooth, profitable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel-stop management with team leadership.
• 2+ years of managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations up to including retail store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss, and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
