Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple areas including retail, fuel, and food service. You will lead a team, optimize processes, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive sales through effective merchandising and inventory control.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and collaboration with store management to meet growth targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations up to retail store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through inspections and upkeep.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit & loss to capitalize opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
