Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or related management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations up to retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular upkeep and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
