Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) program in the United States. The role develops leadership skills through hands-on gym operations experience and collaboration with Regional and District Managers. The MIT will grow into leadership responsibilities with potential acting managerial opportunities during the program.

The program emphasizes onboarding, operations leadership, and exposure to KPIs, with a path toward future management roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a leadership role, preferably in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness and a drive to develop others.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Operations leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting and data analysis.
• Oversee the Service team and day-to-day tasks for members, guests, and staff.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices.
• Assist members' requests and inquiries and perform administrative duties.
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales and KPIs.
