Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple areas, including retail, fuel, and food service.

The role focuses on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while overseeing staff and processes to grow sales and meet company goals. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in multi-unit operations, budget/P&L experience, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower upkeep, facilities maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to drive improvements.
