Binance is seeking an Operations Manager to set up, run, and grow its local fiat business in a remote-first environment. You will oversee day-to-day fiat operations, localisation, and partnerships with banks and payment providers while driving market development across regions.

You will lead regulatory collaboration, collect user feedback, and explore new fiat partnerships to expand fiat volumes, all within a fast-paced, autonomous team.

Formación

• 5+ years in a senior operations or business growth role in a blockchain, crypto, or financial services company.
• Deep understanding of local crypto communities and the crypto space.
• Fluent English and Russian; Kazakh strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, sustain, and manage the local fiat business and fiat operations, including product localisation.
• Support regulatory matters and maintain relationships with regulators, banks, and payment providers.
• Collect feedback from users and communities, plus competitor insights to optimise services.
• Explore collaborations with local fiat partners and industry associations to expand fiat awareness.
• Develop fiat-related partnerships (fiat on‑ramp providers, KYC vendors) and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead growth initiatives and other business development activities to increase fiat volumes.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge to provide strategic advice.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and scalable operations.

We are looking for a Operations Manager to set up, run, and grow the local fiat business: day‑to‑day fiat operations, product localisation, partnerships with banks and payment providers, and market development.

• Set up, sustain, and manage the local fiat business and fiat operations, including product localisation, and support the business on regulatory matters;
• Collect feedback from local users and communities, as well as competitor insights, to optimise the service offering;
• Explore collaboration opportunities with local fiat partners, blockchain and crypto communities, and industry associations to expand fiat awareness in the market;
• Develop further fiat-related partnerships, including fiat on‑ramp providers and KYC vendors;
• Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies to grow fiat volumes, including content and promotion strategies;
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners;
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable regulations to provide strategic advice;
• Lead local fiat growth and other business development activities.

Требования:

• 5+ years of proven success in a similar role leading a business unit, business development, or business growth function at a blockchain or crypto company, financial institution, or bank;
• Deep understanding of local communities and the crypto space;
• Strong work ethic and commitment to results;
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player;
• Problem‑solving and results‑driven mindset;
• Passion for crypto and digital assets;
• Fluent Russian and English required;
• Kazakh strongly preferred.
