Job summary

Binance ищет специалиста по Product Operations для обеспечения локального продуктового опыта по всем продуктам Binance, оптимизации ключевых пользовательских путей и настройки локализации контента и переводов.

Кандидат будет строить и поддерживать дашборды, анализировать поведение пользователей, проводить A/B тесты вместе с командами продукта и доносить требования рынка до глобальных команд, обеспечивая высокое качество локализации и эффективную реализацию новых функций.

Qualifications

• 2–4 года опыта в Product Operations, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Product Analytics, CRO или аналогичной роли.
• Опыт работы с цифровыми продуктами, мобильными приложениями, финтехом, SaaS или потребительскими технологиями.
• Сильные аналитические навыки, умение интерпретировать данные о поведении пользователей и эффективности продукта.
• Опыт создания дашбордов, систем трекинга и отчетности по производительности.
• Опыт работы с CMS и платформами локализации, а также внутренними инструментами конфигурации продуктов.
• Понимание пользовательских путей, UX и оптимизации воронки.
• Высокий уровень ответственности и внимательность к деталям.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в кросс-функциональных командах.
• Нnative Russian and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ведение локального продуктового опыта по всем продуктам Binance.
• Оптимизация ключевых пользовательских путей ( onboarding, верификация, депозиты, торговля, Earn и др.).
• Настройка локализованного контента, баннеров и страниц через внутренние инструменты.
• Обеспечение качества локализации и переводов на рынке.
• Выявление узких мест в процессе пользователя и предложение улучшений на основе анализа поведения.
• Построение и сопровождение дашбордов и систем мониторинга funnel health и эффективности продукта.
• Анализ данных продукта и поведения пользователей для выявления точек оптимизации.
• Дизайн и оценка A/B тестов совместно с командами продукта.
• Сбор фидбека от локальных пользователей и стейкхолдеров, представление потребностей рынка глобальным командам.
• Поддержка локального развёртывания новых функций продукта и обеспечение высокого качества реализации.
• Контроль KPI продукта и постоянное улучшение UX на основе данных.

Задачи:

• Own the local product experience across Binance products.
• Optimise key user journeys, including onboarding, verification, deposits, trading, Earn, and other product funnels.
• Configure local product content, banners, landing pages, user-facing assets, and market-specific product settings through internal tools.
• Manage product localisation, translations, and language quality across all product touchpoints.
• Identify friction points across the user journey and recommend product improvements based on user behaviour and market insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health and product performance.
• Analyse product data and user behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests together with Product teams to validate product improvements.
• Collect feedback from local users and stakeholders and represent market needs to Global Product teams.
• Support local rollout of new product features and ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor product KPIs and continuously improve user experience through data-driven recommendations.

Требования:

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Marketing, Product Growth, Product Analytics, CRO, or a similar role.
• Experience working with digital products, mobile apps, fintech, crypto, SaaS, or consumer technology.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user behaviour and product performance data.
• Experience building dashboards, tracking frameworks, and performance reporting.
• Experience working with CMS, localisation platforms, or internal product configuration tools.
• Comfortable managing product copy, translations, language quality, and market-specific product configurations.
• Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and funnel optimisation.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
