Qualifications

• 1–2+ years опыта в финансовом свёртывании, обработке fiat и крипто-платежей или операциях в банковском back office, PSP, CEX/DEX или крипто-кошельке.
• Сильные навыки Excel или Google Sheets для работы с большими наборами данных, включая LOOKUP, сводные таблицы, фильтры и очистку данных.

Responsibilities

• Сводить платежи fiat и крипто с данными провайдера на ежедневной основе, выявлять расхождения и устранять их.
• Готовить платежные ордера, обрабатывать платежи и поддерживать журнал операций.
• Проводить операции OTC и операции обмена, учитывать комиссии и выручку по B2B.
• Контролировать балансы расчетных счетов и координировать дневной спрос на ликвидность с командами Reconciliation и FP&A.
• Поддерживать контакт с регулярными B2B клиентами по вопросам платежей и расчетов, внедрять процессы и политику, автоматизацию.

Our client is an international payment services provider. It offers businesses access to card payments, payouts, alternative payment methods and digital asset payment routes through a unified platform. Take ownership of the daily work that keeps payments accurate and funds available. You will resolve reconciliation issues, manage liquidity and improve treasury processes in a growing business. The role is fully remote and involves regular communication with international B2B clients.

Reconcile fiat and crypto transactions against provider statements at daily intervals, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Prepare payment orders, process payments and maintain an accurate operations log. Execute OTC deals and exchange operations, and record commissions and revenue from B2B transactions. Monitor settlement account balances and coordinate daily liquidity needs with the Reconciliation and FP&A teams. Maintain operational contact with regular B2B clients on payment and settlement matters. Optimise crypto and fiat infrastructure costs and payment routes. Execute treasury activities across liquidity, FX, trading, staking, hedging and netting. Prepare treasury and payment operations reports and monitor key indicators. Develop internal procedures and policies, and implement automation across treasury and payment operations.

Требования

1–2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation, fiat and crypto payment processing, or operations within a bank back office, PSP, CEX/DEX or crypto wallet company. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for large datasets, including lookup functions, pivot tables, filters and data cleaning. Hands-on experience matching transaction datasets, investigating discrepancies, identifying root causes and correcting records. Hands-on experience with OTC transactions is a plus. Languages: English B2, Russian C1. Experience in fintech Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Persistence and consistency in routine work. Clear communication and timely escalation of problems.
