Job summary

TrueCare seeks an Operations Manager II to lead day-to-day operations at our Oceanside site, supervising 35+ staff, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with health center policies.

You will partner with clinical leadership to support performance, program requirements, and quality improvement initiatives in a mission-driven FQHC environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in health services, plus 3+ years of management, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health services administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical/health/social services setting
• Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records systems (ICD-10 and CPT codes)
• Bonus points for bilingual English/Spanish or community clinic experience

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned TrueCare site/department and supervise 35+ employees
• Direct staff supervision, clinical flow, and operational compliance
• Ensure adherence to health center policies, optimize patient access and flow
