Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking Operations Manager I or II in Wasilla, Alaska. The role is responsible for the day-to-day performance and operation of a single stand-alone function or department, and works within defined policies and procedures.

This position has two levels designed to provide progressively more responsible assignments; progression is based on demonstrated ability. Alaska Native/American Indian preference in employment is observed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Two (2) years of experience supervising a team of eight (8) or more employees; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor II at SCF.

• Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
