Job summary

Southcentral Foundation in Alaska is seeking a Director of Operations I or II for Behavioral Services Outpatient to guide day-to-day performance across multiple clinical programs at several sites.

The role partners with clinical leaders to set policies, develop plans, and ensure quality services while fostering a healthy work environment for staff. Native preference applies; health screenings are required for new employees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience including at least two (2) years of leading multiple programs or departments; OR demonstrated proficiency at the Administrator II level at SCF.
• Native Preference under P.L. 93-638; SCF pursues Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.
• Health screenings and immunizations required; this is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day performance and operation of multiple diverse clinical and direct care programs across multiple locations.
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to set strategies for policies, procedures and objectives.
• Develops plans to achieve objectives and maintain quality services for customers and employees.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws.
