Sonesta Oyster Point San Francisco is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. You will lead teams, protect assets, and support hotel performance under the General Manager.

This hands-on leader drives preventive maintenance, quality assurance, and guest-satisfaction initiatives while aligning with our Outrageous Hospitality philosophy and core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel operations and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Experience managing labor costs, budgets, and inventory controls.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping quality, room readiness, and public areas to meet brand standards.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and manage work orders.
• Control labor costs, scheduling, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with Front Desk to maintain accurate room status and turnover.
• Promote safety, compliance, and incident response.
