This hands-on leadership role includes coaching front office staff, establishing service recovery guidelines, and assisting the General Manager with financial and operational plans that support the brand’s goals, with Manager on Duty duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring departments work together seamlessly and stay focused on exceeding guest expectations.
• Establish and support service recovery guidelines to resolve concerns quickly and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and develop front office team members; create a motivating environment where people can grow, learn, and advance.
• Assist the General Manager with the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial and operational plans that align with company goals.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
