Flynn Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead our Jackson-area hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver strong financial results. You’ll oversee budgets, build high-performing teams, and ensure brand standards are met.

Formación

• Bachelors in hospitality or business (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as GM or Assistant GM at a Hilton hotel REQUIRED.
• Proven success in managing hotel budgets, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Marriott or Hilton systems (e.g., MARSHA, FOSSE, CI/TY) and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
