Qualifications

• Associate’s or equivalent education/experience in food-related, business, or hotel/restaurant management field.
• Four years of food service management experience in a high-volume operation.
• Knowledge of cost controls, inventory controls and food safety/sanitation programs.
• Ability to supervise large quantity food production.
• Proficiency with computers, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet.
• Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test.

Responsibilities

• Help drive an operation that provides a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests, staff, and student workers.
• Provide high-quality customer service to all guests.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet standards.
• Create an environment that promotes diversity and growth for student workers, staff, and guests.
• Assist in hiring and training process.
• Complete supply ordering and maintenance schedules; assist in daily duties.
