Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Team Members during shifts and ensure a high‑quality guest experience.
• Delegate shift duties and oversee front end and back‑of‑restaurant operations.
• Ensure products and ingredients are stocked based on forecasting and train new team members.
• Provide excellent customer service, enter orders into the POS, and manage cashier duties.
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and safety; manage inventory and cleaning duties.
