Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to meet contractual responsibilities
• Develop work schedules and assign personnel to routes
• Monitor safety, quality and service through inspections
• Assist with budgets, plans, and schedule modifications
• Liaise with contractors, customers, and subs
• Ensure compliance with regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA)
• Participate in long-range planning and capital outlay
• Travel as needed for the role
