Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 1 year supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer or equivalent maintenance experience
• Associate's Degree in Business or related field with 2 years supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer or equivalent maintenance experience
• 2 years experience as Walmart Refurb/Service Shop Area Manager
• Diesel, automotive or heavy equipment maintenance certifications (e.g. ASE, Air Conditioning, DOT Brake, DOT Preventative Maintenance) and 2 years supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer or equivalent maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement business plans to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety within the service shop.
• Forecast staffing needs, manage workload, and monitor performance outcomes to align with business demands.
• Monitor and manage productivity, ensuring compliance within the service shop, and prepare and analyze business reports to drive improvements.
• Supervise and manage shop associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee shop operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Walmart's quality and safety standards
