Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 3 years' fleet maintenance or related experience OR 5 years' related experience.
- Experience leading teams in a service shop or fleet maintenance environment.
- Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and safety focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead facility goals across production, quality, and safety in the service shop.
- Forecast staffing and manage workload to meet demand.
- Monitor productivity and generate reports to drive improvements.
- Supervise shop associates and leaders; provide guidance and development.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and Walmart standards.
