Highland Building Services in Jackson area is hiring an Operations Manager based in Madison, MS to own staffing and quality across every account and report directly to the owner.

You will be the primary day-to-day owner, coordinating with property managers and building owners, coaching crews, and driving on-time supply and vendor resolution across 50+ crew members as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple accounts with strong organization.
• Proactive problem solving and coaching crew leads.
• Excellent communication with property managers and owners.
• Accountability for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing and quality across all accounts.
• Serve as primary point of accountability for daily operations.
• Conduct site visits and manage supply orders and vendor issues.
• Report account performance weekly for 90 days, then monthly.
