Responsibilities

• Own staffing and quality control across every active account.
• Serve as the first point of contact for property managers and owners.
• Manage new account onboarding.
• Order janitorial supplies and manage vendor relationships.
• Coach crew leads and uphold Highland's quality standard.
• Report on staffing, account health, and open issues.
